Staff Appraisals

All our staff carry out self and management appraisals on a yearly basis. These appraisals enable us to see our staff’s strengths and it there are any areas of development and what training maybe of benefit to the staff member.

Observations

Staff members also carry out monthly “observations”.  These observations are based on the National Care Standards.  All service users (parents, carers and children) are asked for their feedback on the theme of the month.  The staff are also asked for their feedback.  The completed Observations are then discussed and the monthly Staff Meeting.
