Purpose Statement

To provide and create a dedicated, personal service on basis:

1. To organise and operate a service which will encompass all aspects of Child and People
   Care in terms of their needs, well being, education and entertainment
   
   
2. To organise and operate a service which provides a positive, welcoming, stimulating and caring environment
   
   
3. To ensure that, specifically with regard to children, this is achieved in conjunction with
   and the consent of the parents and that their views, opinions and values are respected
