| What is the Disclosure Scotland Process? | The Disclosure Scotland process is the new vetting process introduced by the Care Commission.
The procedure involves a Police Check, Doctors/Health Check and general background check. This is to ensure that all staff providing care for your children are in a position to do so. |

| What security measures are in place? | We will confirm the name of the member of staff with you prior to the time of booking. Each member of staff is provided with a Karemore uniform. Access to the Afterschool Club is controlled by a secure locked door and entry can only be gained by pressing a bell. |

| Is there a cancellation fee? | We always ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking with us. We require at least 24 hours notice, if the cancellation is not made within the 24 hour period, a charge to the equivalent of one hours child care will be charged to your credit card. |

| Travel expenses | If your booking is for later than 2330 hours, we ask for travel expenses for our staff to get home. This involves a private taxi which is normally approx £5.00 - £6.00. Please arrange to pay this amount in cash to either our staff member or directly to the driver. |
